Sleep & Neuro Performance Coach

I spent over a decade in fitness, rehab, and athletic performance.

As an athlete and trainer, I adopted a no-pain-no-gain mindset, leading to repetitive injuries.

I thought I was too weak and needed to push harder.

But none of that was true; I just needed to learn effective rest and recovery. The best athletes master both.

My experience in a private rehab clinic revealed a system where patients and employees were treated as numbers. I got sick every two months and nearly burned out.

I wasn't allowed to help people the way I wanted, lacking energy and leaving no room for a life outside work.

So, I quit and moved to Portugal with my partner to create a truly fulfilling life. Studying Applied Neuroscience was transformative, showing me the need to start my own business to help others effectively.

As a solopreneur, new challenges came up, such as existential fear and uncertainty, which resulted in severe sleeping problems.

Racing thoughts, restlessness, and a racing heart kept me awake at 3 am every single night, turning the next day into just surviving.

The good thing was, I had the answer right there. Applied neurology, understanding sleep, and nervous system regulation helped me break this vicious cycle.

I have learned to regain my energy to perform well during the day and rest peacefully at night, and you can do it too, even when life gets hard. Because it will.

What happens after I sign up & how to plan for program participation?

Access: After you pay, you get already access to the bonus materials of this program. So, in theory, you can already start to implement one of the mini-sessions from the bonus section.

Kick-Off Call: The Kick-Off call is the only long form session of 90 min to get all the assessments done to make sure we set a clear baseline. You will be sent a scheduling calendar where you can pick your best time to arrive, fully present and in a calm environment.

Time Invest: During the 6-week period, I expect and recommend dedicating 15 min per day for your sleep. We do this to establish a routine for you as well as achieving meaningful results during the time we work together. I will help you find the best way of integrating this into your daily schedule during the Kick-Off call.
